Ejinaoer town is adjacent to Abaga banner and Xilinhot City in the west, xiwuzhumuqin banner in the south, uriyastai town and gadabuqi town in the East, and has a 35km long border with Mongolia in the north. 101 provincial road crosses 110km from east to West in ejinaoer Town, directly connecting Xilinhot City with uriyastai town.
