Longxingchang town
Longxingchang Town, subordinate to Wuyuan County, Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the east of Wuyuan County and the hinterland of Hetao Plain. It is adjacent to Xin'an Town, state-owned Jianfeng farm and Shengfeng town in Wulate Qianqi in the East, Shengfeng town and Taohai town in the south, xingongzhong town in Wuyuan County in the west, Wujiahe town and Delingshan town in Wulate Zhongqi in the north. It covers an area of 468.5 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 82891 households registered residence in Longxing town.
In June 1950, the Chengguan District of Wuyuan County was established. In April 1957, Chengguan District was changed into Chengguan Township. In October 1971, it was divided into Chengguan town and Chengguan commune. In September 1996, the township was withdrawn and merged into the town. Chengguan town and Chengguan Township were merged into longxingchang town. In December 2005, Hesheng and Meilin townships, Yongxing and Yifeng villages in Chengnan Township and Hongwei village in Xiangyang Township were merged into longxingchang town. As of June 2020, longxingchang town governs 12 communities and 24 administrative villages, and the people's Government of the town is located in Changdong street, longxingchang.
In 2018, there were 36 industrial enterprises in ulantuk Town, including 23 industrial enterprises above Designated Size and 146 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
Historical evolution
In 1865, Guo Xiangrong, the retired grain transportation officer of Zuo Zongtang's Department, set up a business in Wuyuan, named longxingchang. Later, Longxing Chang gradually changed its name to Wuyuan County.
In 1904, Wuyuan hall was set up in longxingchang.
In the first year of the Republic of China (1912), the Department was changed into a county, commanding the whole territory.
In 1929, it was transferred to Suiyuan province.
In February 1939, the eighth theater deputy commander, the Anti Japanese Mobilization Committee of Suiyuan Province, the Wuyuan Office of the High Commissioner and other military and political leaders were established here.
On September 19, 1949, the peaceful uprising in Suiyuan province led to the liberation of Wuyuan.
In June 1950, the Chengguan District of Wuyuan County was established.
In April 1957, Chengguan District was changed into Chengguan Township.
In March 1958, Chengguan town was changed, and in September 1958, Chengguan Town commune was changed.
In October 1971, it was divided into Chengguan town and Chengguan commune.
In September 1984, the commune was transformed into a township.
In September 1996, the township was withdrawn and merged into the town. Chengguan town and Chengguan Township were merged into longxingchang town.
In April 2001, five villages, Xianfeng, Yingfeng, Rongfeng, Rongyi and Yicheng, and three villages, Guangrong, Lianfeng and Yongyue, were merged into longxingchang town.
In December 2005, Hesheng and Meilin townships, Yongxing and Yifeng villages in Chengnan Township and Hongwei village in Xiangyang Township were merged into longxingchang town.
