Liaohe farm is located in the southeast of Kailu County, Tongliao City. The county highway passes through the farm, 5 kilometers away from national highway 111 and Jingtong railway. It has convenient transportation and communication, with a total area of 77000 mu, including 267971000 mu of cultivated land, 15000 mu of forest land (0.05 mu of natural forest), 21000 mu of sand land (5000 mu of severe desertification and 5000 mu of severe alkalization), and 2000 mu of beach land (30 mu of reed) The planting area of red pepper is 7000 mu.
