Land port logistics equipment Industrial Park (hereinafter referred to as "land port") is a municipal demonstration industrial park approved by Tianjin municipal government in 2009. Its leading industries are modern logistics, high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials, new energy, etc. With a total planning area of 9.85 square kilometers and a development reserve land of 4.6 square kilometers, the park is the closest one among the 31 municipal demonstration industrial parks in Tianjin. The land port is planned to build a commodity inspection and customs clearance agency, which has the function of inland dry port. It has been officially listed in the development strategy of Tianjin's "one district, three ports" modern logistics base, and has become another important freight distribution center after Tianjin's "airport" and "harbor".

Beichen District is located in the north of the central city of Tianjin. It is an important node of the Beijing Binhai comprehensive development axis, an important support area and radiation supporting area for the docking of Beijing's industrial strategic transfer and Binhai New Area, and is known as the bright pearl of the Beijing Tianjin Golden Corridor. The land port logistics equipment industrial park is located in the east of Beichen District, Tianjin, with Tianjin urban area in the south, capital Beijing in the north, Tianjin Binhai in the East and Tianjin Northern New Area in the West. It is 100km away from Capital International Airport, 40km away from Tianjin port, and 10km away from Tianjin Binhai International Airport. The one hour traffic circle can connect the above three major traffic hubs. Tianjin Port has a vast hinterland, radiating Three Norths. It has trade with more than 600 ports in more than 180 countries and regions in the world, and its cargo throughput ranks fourth in the world. Tianjin Binhai International Airport is the main cargo carrying area of Capital International Airport. It has initially built a freight network with Northeast Asia as the leader and Europe and America as the two wings. The planned Beijing second airport is 85 km away from the park. After completion, the airport will effectively relieve the air pressure of the capital airport and become an important supplement to the transport capacity of the airport in Beijing and Tianjin. Together with the Capital International Airport and Tianjin Binhai airport, it will form an important aviation group in Northern China and even northeast Asia.

Traffic network

There are 6 expressways, 9 national highways and 13 subways in Beichen. Around the land port, the road network is interwoven, radiating Three Norths, connecting the Eurasian land bridge. ① To Beijing: Beijing Tianjin Tangshan expressway, Beijing Tianjin Expressway, Jinji to Beijing Shenyang Expressway, Jingping expressway; to Northeast: Jinji to Beijing Shenyang Expressway, Jinning to binbao to Tangjin or Haibin expressway; to West: binbao expressway, Jinbao expressway; to South: Beijing Shanghai Expressway, Jishan connecting line under construction to Rongwu or Jincang expressway; and to Europe and Asia Land bridge: Tianjin port is the closest eastern starting point of Eurasian land bridge; 6. Great North Ring Railway: it is the intersection of three main railway lines connecting Beijing Shanghai, Beijing Kowloon and Beijing Guangzhou. The xiditou freight marshalling station built in the park is one of the main freight stations of Tianjin Railway Freight "four main and four auxiliary" planning layout. after the completion of the adjustment line in the northeast of the outer ring road, the land port will become the nearest municipal park to Tianjin. ① The Northeast adjustment line of the outer ring road has an exit in the park, which is only one road away from the adjacent third sub center of Tianjin, the northern New Area. ② The extension line of Jinning Expressway on the south side of the park via Zhicheng road can connect with the two urban expressways of Tianjin east longitudinal and northeast half ring. It takes 15 minutes to drive to the central urban area, and another 5 minutes to reach the two railway passenger transport hubs of Tianjin east station and Tianjin west station respectively. It can fully enjoy all kinds of life and commercial services in the central urban area. ③ The rail transit around the park is developed, and the planned metro lines 3 and 8 are less than 10 minutes away from the park.

Multimodal transport function

The land port is located at the intersection of highway, railway, sea and air comprehensive three-dimensional transportation. Relying on the main freight yard of the Great North Ring Railway built in the park, the land port can seamlessly connect with the airport and seaport by making use of the collection and radiation function of the highway freight trading center, becoming the only logistics park with the "four in one" multimodal transportation function of highway, railway, sea and air in North China. The land port road freight trading center is the only "land transportation center" in Tianjin. It has nearly two-thirds of the cargo transportation license in Tianjin. In the future, Tianjin urban logistics distribution and inter provincial transit logistics will be distributed through the "land transportation center". Through close cooperation with the Great North Ring freight station, the goods can reach Tianjin port directly and realize fast customs clearance. The airport expressway planned to be built in the east of the park closely connects the Capital International Airport and Tianjin Binhai International Airport, making the land port an important node of the two major aviation hubs in Beijing and Tianjin, and realizing the multimodal transportation of "Road Railway sea air".
