Fenghuang street is located in Zhecheng County, Shangqiu City, in the north of Zhecheng county. It is the political, economic and cultural center of Zhecheng county.

In 2018, Changjiang new town street was renamed as Fenghuang street. Xinggao temple, Yaoguan temple, shatuli and maowang villages in Pudong Street are under the jurisdiction of Fenghuang street.

The communities include Yujing community, sisuolouwang community, Wanglou community, Dachen community, Beimen community, shuangmiaoyang community, Jinchen community, chenluozhuang community and lingziyang community. The administrative villages include Zhenglou village, guocungang village, Xieji village, xinggaomiao village, yaoguanmiao village, shatuli village and maowang Village.
