Xinqiao Town, subordinate to Binyang County, Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in the west of Binyang County, adjacent to Binzhou town in the East, Binzhou town and Silong town in the south, Silong town and Xiangxian town in Shanglin County in the west, and Xinxu town in the north. In 1951, the 11th district of Binyang County was established. In 1953, it belongs to the eighth District of Binyang County. In July 1960, Xinqiao commune and Daxian commune merged to form Xinqiao commune. In September 1962, Xinqiao district was set up. In September 1968, Xinqiao district was changed into Xinqiao commune. In August 1984, Xinqiao commune was changed into Xinqiao township. In October 1991, Xinqiao township was changed into Xinqiao Town. As of June 2020, Xinqiao Town has jurisdiction over 1 community and 15 administrative villages. The town people's government is stationed in xinqiaowei.
