Xinchang Town

It is agreed that ciyan Township and Xinchang township should be incorporated into a system and Xinchang Town should be established. The newly established Xinchang Town has jurisdiction over 20 villages, with a total area of 104.73 square kilometers (2017) and a total population of 18947 (2017). The town people's government is stationed in Xinchang (the former Xinchang Township People's Government)
