Xinhua Township

Yizhang County governs the township. In 1949, it belonged to chishi township. In 1950, it belonged to chishi district. In 1958, it set up chishi commune. In 1984, it changed the township. In 1985, some villages in Yizhang County and chishi Township were set up in Xinhua township. It governs seven administrative villages.
