Zhenhua community is located in the west of Heishijiao street, west of the east wall of Finance and economics school in the East, north of Yangshu street in the south, adjacent to Lingshui community, east of railway line in the west, adjacent to Polytechnic University in the west, and south of Wuyi Road in the north.

The community covers an area of 0.442 square kilometers, with more than 2600 households under management, 6893 people under management, 2 property management districts, 3 main roads, streets and alleys, 14 commercial and drinking service outlets, 2 Party branches, 4 Party groups and 117 party members. The community is equipped with convenient, cultural and other functional facilities and service network, including two elderly activity rooms and two cultural squares of Dalian University of technology.
