Xinxing community is located in the south of Gulao town. The village was founded in the orthodox years of the Ming Dynasty (1436-1449). Its ancestors moved from Gulao village to Daliao, so it was called Liaozai village and later renamed Xinxing village. The village is composed of 12 production teams with a population of 474 households and 2476 people. The village has 350 mu of arable land.

Before the 1990s, the whole village was mainly farming, and most of the land served the small-scale peasant economy. After the reform and opening up, with the gradual implementation of the special economic zone policy and the rapid development of social economy in Gulao Town, most villagers wash their feet and go to work in factories. Some villagers go out to do business. Some villagers set up workshops and factories at home, and gradually develop more than 10 enterprises. The industrial structure of the whole village has been gradually improved. So far, the village has more than 70 production and business places, including more than 20 existing buildings and more than 40 small workshops. with the gradual increase of private enterprises, the individual economy has been greatly developed and expanded, and the village collective economy has gradually been significantly improved, so that the village collective has the ability to further increase the investment in public facilities. With the support of the superior government and the enthusiastic donation of entrepreneurs, Xinxing village has basically solved the problem of waterlogging and drainage, and the village roads and roadways have also been transformed into cement roads, which has greatly improved the appearance of the village and optimized the living and investment environment.
