The neighborhood committee of Liming community was established in June 2002. The community consists of two totally closed residential areas, liming garden and sunshine garden, two dormitory areas and five units under the jurisdiction. Zhao Yongtao, the leader of Taijiquan team, won the first place in individual 42 Style Taijiquan competition routine, 42 style Taijijian and collective 42 Style Taijiquan in 2008 Sutong Wushu competition. The community Rouli team won the gold award of sunset show of Fuxikang cup national talent competition for middle-aged and old people (Taijiquan, gateball, Rouli Ball) in 2007, and won the winning prize in the 2008 Jiangsu elderly Sports Festival Rouli team competition.
