Daybreak Community

The community is located in the seat of the original town government, with Qingliu highway passing through the village; it is adjacent to Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport in the West and the airport resettlement area in the East; after land acquisition, it has 1065 mu of cultivated land inside and outside, including 657 mu in the mainland and 408 mu of reclaimed land.

Basic overview

Liming community residents committee is a transformed village. In May 2000, due to Jingjiang town's "national small town pilot", liming community residents committee, together with other two villages, has a population of 1711, 680 households, 13 residents' groups, and the community covers an area of about 1 square kilometer. Through the joint efforts of the community cadres and the masses, they have made great achievements and been awarded various honorary titles by their superiors: Xiaoshan district level "civilized village" in 1999-2001, "villager autonomy model village" in 1999, "civilized village" in Hangzhou city level in 2002-2005, "Weisheng village" in Xiaoshan District level in 1998, "model village" in Xiaoshan district level in 1997-1999, "modernization construction model village" in 2000-2004 In 2003, it was a district level "second level cultural village". From 1996 to 2004, the community party branch has been rated as "advanced party organization" by the district and town every year.

economic construction

In 2006, liming community achieved 129 million yuan of industrial output value, 8.85 million yuan of profit, 17.01 million yuan of agricultural output value, and 160 million yuan of rural economic revenue. While doing a good job in economic work, we should give full play to the geographical advantages close to market towns, make use of the existing cultivated land, develop urban agriculture such as off-season vegetables, flowers and seedlings, and expand the planting area to more than 250 mu. Liming community has raised more than 4 million yuan to provide endowment insurance for landless farmers, provide living subsidies to poor households, bear various fees paid by farmers, and reduce the burden of farmers. We actively carried out various civilized and excellent activities, invested funds to install banners in the community of Zhiwan west highway, forming two civilized publicity roads. It has won the honors of Hangzhou advanced Party branch, civilized village, health village, Xiaoshan modernization model village, advanced Party branch, women model village and so on.
