Shengli community is adjacent to juposhan in the East, hehe village in the south, xiaojiangtang River in the West and Shuangrong community in the north. The total number of households is 758, with 2968 people and 292 mu. The collective fixed assets are 1.34 million yuan, and the per capita annual income is 10850 yuan.

Construction objectives: to build a well-off demonstration community, a popular science demonstration community, a family planning residents' autonomous qualified community, and a safe and harmonious community in an all-round way.
