Hexi community is located in the west of the county, to the east of yaoduhe National Highway 206 and provincial highway 327; to the west of expressway; to the south of expressway exit; to the north of Hexi work area and adjacent to Jiandong village. In August 2009, Hexi neighborhood committee was transformed into Hexi community neighborhood committee.
