Located around Fuyang railway station, Xiangyang Community is subordinate to Hedong sub district office of Yingdong District, Fuyang City. It extends to Xingfu road in the south, fubeng road in the north, railway in the East, and Beijing East Road community neighborhood committee in the West. It is the east gate of Hedong sub district office of Yingdong District, and one of the main distribution centers of people flow and material flow in Fuyang City.

The total area of Xiangyang Community is about 1.1 square kilometers, with a population of 9648 (including 4216 inflow population), 8 cadres and 4 staff members of the two committees of the community.
