Dongfeng community of Tiandong street is located in the east of tianjia'an District, which is mainly composed of wanzhidongyuan living area, Dianhua new village, some residential areas of Huainan meat factory and Huaidi health school living area.

It is adjacent to Wanhua community in the East, Hualian company in the south, bristle Lane in the West and Tiandong road in the north. The whole community consists of four areas. The municipal electrochemical plant, Yongxing Chemical Plant, recycling company and other enterprises are in the state of shutdown or bankruptcy, only Huainan health school is in normal operation. There are 1734 permanent residents, 6834 permanent residents and 181 floating population in the community. The office of the community neighborhood committee is located in wanzhidongyuan living area. after the general election of the community in 2005, there were a discussion Committee and a community residents committee.
