Hongxing community neighborhood committee was established on June 28, 2004. It is located in Wuxi, Langqiao Town, Jingxian County, China Xuan Paper Group, the world-famous production area of Hongxing Xuan paper. It is close to national highway 205, with an area of 570000 square meters (including the area of mountain farm). There are 651 households with 1950 residents, 6 resident groups and one party branch. Community Party branch

There is a general Party branch in the community with three subordinate party branches and 184 party members, including 29 female party members and 3 members of the general Party branch. Comrade Wang Liangjun is the Secretary of the general Party branch, Comrade Zheng Tiangao is the Deputy Secretary of the general Party branch, and Wang Xiaoping is the member of the general Party branch. The neighborhood committee is composed of four members, the chairman is Zheng Tiangao, and the members are Cui Hong, Hong Li and Hu Xin. Community co construction
