Nanxun Street
Nanxun street, originally under the jurisdiction of Fenyang City, Shanxi Province, was abolished in March 2019 and merged into Wenfeng street.
The original Nanxun street is located in the south of Fenyang City, with an area of 11 square kilometers and a total population of more than 22700 people (in 2018). Before the revocation, it once formed Fenyang City together with taiheqiao street, Wenfeng street, Xihe street and Chenbei street.
Name source
There is Nanxun building in the territory, which was built in the Ming Dynasty. The meaning of the building refers to the book of songs, "today's south wind can relieve the anger of our people". Therefore, the ancients had Nanxun gate and Nanxun hall. They all took this meaning, taking Nanxun building as a symbol, so they named it.
Historical evolution
In August 2011, Fenyang City re divided the urban streets and established Nanxun Street Preparatory Committee. Nanxun Street took xiaonanguan community, Haihong community, nanxunlou community, Nanguan village, Dongnan village, changninggong village, hongnanshe village and Zhaojiazhuang village of Yuanyang urban and rural areas as its jurisdiction and integrated into five communities. Nanxunlou community and Nanguan Village merged into Nanguan village Community, Haihong community and Dongnan village are merged into Dongnan community, changninggong village, hongnanshe village and Zhaojiazhuang village are changed into communities respectively. In March 2019, the Preparatory Committee of Nanxun street in Fenyang City was abolished, and the original Nanxun Street area was merged into Wenfeng street.

The former Nanxun street of Fenyang City has five communities under its jurisdiction, namely Nanguan community, Dongnan community, changninggong community, hongnanshe community and Zhaojiazhuang community. The Party Working Committee and office of the street are located at No. 16, Wenfeng East Street.
geographical environment
The original Nanning street is located in the core area of southern Fenyang. The central line is Nanning Road. It begins to clockwise in the north and is connected to Taihe Bridge Street, Wenfeng street, Yangcheng Township, Li Jia Zhuang Township and Xihe street. The area is 11 square kilometers, and the registered residence population is 14 thousand and 400 in the end of 2015, and the population of the real population is 2.27 million. There are Zhaojiazhuang small garden and nanxunlou in the jurisdiction. The area has convenient transportation, including Diqing Road, Yingxiong South Road, Nanxun Road, Fenzhou Avenue, Haihong Road, Tianlin Road, xiaonanguan Road, Donghu South Road, Wenfeng street, Yingxin street, Haihong street, Yonghe street, HeXie street and South Third Ring street. By the end of 2015, there were 54 resident units (enterprises), 9 schools, 2 medical and health institutions at all levels (including 1 health center), 5 small parks and 485 shops.
