Chaoyang community neighborhood committee is located in the east of Fengcheng, so it is named "Chaoyang". Chaoyang neighborhood committee was established in October 1995 and renamed Chaoyang community neighborhood committee in June 2004.

Chaoyang community neighborhood committee is located in the east of Fengcheng, east to Zhangquan railway, West to Fengsheng road and adjacent to Xiansheng, South to Qingxi around the city, north to the foot of Fengguan mountain, Chaoyang community traffic is very convenient, extending in all directions, crisscross. Chaoyang community has a population of 3331, 1190 households, 13 groups and 350 immigrants, covering an area of 0.37 square kilometers. Chaoyang community was rated as the civilized community neighborhood committee in 2006-2007, the advanced unit of militia reserve work in 2007, the advanced collective of family education work in 2008, the advanced unit of spiritual civilization construction in 2008, and the first comprehensive evaluation in 2008.
