It is adjacent to hada town of Jidong County in the East, Jiguan District in the south, Didao District in the West and Changqing Township in the north. The area is 78 square kilometers. In 2018, there were 9502 registered residence population.

In October 1996, Yongfeng Korean nationality township was set up in Changqing township. As of October 2019, Yongfeng Village has jurisdiction over seven administrative villages.
