Xingsheng township is a township under the jurisdiction of Renshou County, Sichuan Province. It is located in the north of Renshou County, covering an area of 34.2 square kilometers. It has 10 administrative villages and 86 economic communities, with a total number of 3642 households and a total population of 15006.

After the founding of the people's Republic of China, a market town was formed in 1968, which was named Yongxing commune at first and then Xingsheng township. the cultivated area is 19523 mu, and the main agricultural products are rice, corn, wheat, rape, fruits, vegetables, etc. There are two reservoirs in Hongqi and xianger, which have two advantages of culture and scenery. It is a good place for tourism and leisure. Xingsheng township is 52 km away from Renshou County in the south, 40 km away from Chengdu City in the north and 15 km away from Pengshan County. The transportation in the township extends in all directions, with a total length of 71 km, of which 19 km has been hardened. It is the first township in Renshou County to realize the village to village project. By the end of 2003, all villages in Xingsheng Township had realized the three-way project of highway, telephone and cable TV. 281 program-controlled telephones have been opened in rural areas of the township, 300 villagers have installed closed-circuit television, the construction of market towns has developed rapidly, and there are four streets in the township.
