Shitouhezi Town, belonging to Huanan County, Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southeast of Huanan county and the West foot of Wanda. It is connected with the construction area of Huanan Forestry Bureau in the East, luoquanzi township of Boli County in the south, dabalang Township in the West and tuoyaozi town in the North. In 2018, the area was 316.84 square kilometers, and the registered residence was 17383.

Xuantong first year of the Qing Dynasty (1909), is YangZheng District of Huachuan County. In 1914, it belonged to xiaoshitouhezi village. In 1946, it belonged to xiaoshitouhezi township. In 1947, it belongs to tuoyaozi gold deposit. In September 1956, it belongs to Shitouhezi Township, tuoyaozi district. In April 1958, Shitouhezi township was established. In September 1958, the Township Reform commune was established. In April 1984, the commune was transformed into a town.

In October 2019, Shitouhezi town governs 10 administrative villages.
