Xingshan town
Xingshan town is under the jurisdiction of Shuangcheng District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. It is located in the northwest of the District, adjacent to Songhua River in the north and across the river from Zhaodong county. The town government is 40 kilometers away from the city. The town covers an area of 159.38 square kilometers, with a permanent resident population of 25422 (in 2017); Manchu and other ethnic minorities account for about 4%. Xingshan town is located in the west of Shuangcheng District of Harbin City, facing Zhaodong and Zhaoyuan counties across the Songhua River in the north.
