Sanhe Town

Sanhe Town belongs to Chenggu County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. It is located in the east of central Chenggu County, adjacent to Xiecun town of Yang County in the East, Wudu town and Tianming town in the south, dongjiaying town in the west, and Bowang street across Hanjiang River in the north. The maximum distance from east to west is 8.2 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 12.6 km, with a total area of 65.40 square kilometers.

As of June 2020, Sanhe Town has one community and seven administrative villages. By the end of 2018, the number of three registered residence population was 20855. In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Sanhe Town reached 290 million yuan, the total industrial output value reached 90 million yuan, and the total social commodity sales reached 420 million yuan.

Historical evolution

In 1950, Longwang temple, Hujiawan and qinjiaba were set up in the territory. In 1956, the three townships merged, hence the name of Sanhe township.

In Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the Longwang temple in South Road 24.

In 1930, longwangmiaoba was located at 25 South Road.

In 1939, it belonged to the sixth fort of Longbai township.

In 1956, the three townships of Longwangmiao, Hujiawan and qinjiaba were merged into Sanhe Township, with jurisdiction over six villages of Longwangmiao, Hujiawan, qinjiaba, chending, papaya and Yuguan.

In 1958, Sanhe commune was established.

In 1966, it was renamed Daqiao commune.

In 1972, it was renamed Sanhe commune.

In 1983, Sanhe township was changed.

In 1996, the original railway Township huangniuzui, railway, Xigoukou, erlinggou, a total of four villages were merged into Sanhe township.
