Sanhe Township

Sanhe township is under the jurisdiction of Kangding City, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. Located in the northeast of the city, 71 kilometers away from the city. It covers an area of 262 square kilometers and has a population of 3258 (2017). The road is open. It has jurisdiction over 13 village committees, including Bianba, tujiazhai, Huodi, zhuangfanggou, laowudasi, xinwudasi, jiangba, Erlang, Heba, Changxu, chirong, Zhuangzi and Changba.

On December 23, 2019, with the approval of Sichuan Provincial People's government, Sanhe township was approved to be abolished and its administrative region was put under the jurisdiction of Jintang town.

Historical evolution

Tangba township was established in 1952; Sanhe commune was changed in 1959; Changhong commune was renamed in 1966; Sanhe commune was restored in 1975; and Sanhe commune was restored in 1984. on December 23, 2019, with the approval of Sichuan Provincial People's government, Sanhe township was approved to be abolished and its administrative region was put under the jurisdiction of Jintang Town, which was stationed at 122 Yonghong road.
