Bai Yuhong was born in Guxian village of Xingxian County in September 1970. He graduated from Luliang college in 1992 and took part in work. He has served as deputy mayor, deputy secretary, head and Secretary of Watang Town, Kangning Town, luoyukou Town, jiaoloushen Township and zhaojiaping Township in Xingxian County, and is now the party secretary and chairman of the National People's Congress of zhaojiaping township. Qiao Wenhua, male, born in February 1971 in Qiaoshan village, zhaojiaping Township, Xingxian County, graduated from Luliang society school in 1994 and took part in work. He has successively served as deputy head and Deputy Secretary of zhaojiaping Township, Kangning town and mengjiaping Township, liaison group leader of CPPCC and chairman of National People's Congress. He is now the head of zhaojiaping township government.
