Chengdong Township

Chengdong township is located in the east of Liangping District of Chongqing, bordering on Wanzhou. It is only 12 kilometers away from chongliangping city. It only takes 25 minutes to get to the railway station, and it is only 50 kilometers away from Wanzhou port. Covering an area of 56.9 square kilometers, the township governs 6 administrative villages and 60 villager groups, with a total of 12500 people.

There are two large reservoirs, more than 100 rivers, 2600 hectares of virgin forest, 20000 mu of grassland, 600000 chestnut and walnut trees in the township. There are "Liang Wan" expressway and "Da Wan" railway passing through the territory, so the traffic is more convenient. More than 100 years ago, the eastern part of the city was called the Polygonum leaf River, which was named after the Polygonum leaf (an annual herb used to weave bamboo hat, also used as medicine) growing on both sides of the river. Liang Ping's literary journal is called Liao Ye he.

Liaoye river is rich in tourism resources. The water here is clear and sweet all year round. QILIXIA reservoir is located in xiangguling, 1200 meters above sea level. It is a real gaoxiaping lake. Wanmi leisure corridor is an ancient post road through the dense forest. There are more than 20 peninsulas of different sizes in the newly built liaoye reservoir. The "chuanxindian Agricultural Sightseeing Park" with an investment of more than 100000 yuan has been planned by Southwest Agricultural University. The town is located in the green mountains and green waters, with birds singing and flowers fragrant everywhere. Many tourist attractions such as "iron Tibet ditch", "perfume Temple", "nitre cave" and "closing stone" are good places for summer vacation. There are beautiful mountains and rivers, green bamboos, red mountains and fields, and "August melon" and wild cherry can be found everywhere; mushrooms are everywhere, green grass is shady; streams are murmuring, rabbits shuttle; hundreds of trees block the sky.
