Hanye sub district office was officially established on March 15, 2006, and its office is located in the east of the municipal stomatological hospital.
economic development
In the process of economic development, the township should integrate with reality, give full play to its own advantages, establish the economic development strategy of "312 + urban development", and use the tertiary industry to promote the development of the primary and secondary industries. The development idea of "serving the city, focusing on market construction, vigorously developing the tertiary industry; facing the city, focusing on base construction, doing a good job in high-yield and efficient agricultural development; relying on the city, focusing on project construction, vigorously developing township enterprises; recruiting talents, focusing on the development of individual and private economy". first, a leading group for market construction should be set up in time to reorient the original market and rectify it by classification. At the same time, responsibilities should be divided at different levels. We should actively launch attacks, coordinate with various parties, and tap all available investment resources. We should not miss any investment opportunities and achieve obvious investment effects. At present, there are nearly 20 large-scale professional markets in the township, involving more than ten categories and tens of thousands of varieties, such as building materials, clothing, shoes, food, department stores, small commodities, bamboo and wood furniture, vegetable wholesale, etc. The annual trading volume of the market reached 350 million yuan, realizing tax and profit of nearly 30 million yuan. Second, the project construction of "village branch secretary and Director Project" and the key project construction of township run enterprises are always regarded as the new economic growth point to promote the development of the whole township enterprises. To promote the development of township enterprises, we should make feasible plans, strengthen supervision and strict rewards and punishments. Thirdly, agricultural production should be guided by "relying on science and technology to get benefits, focusing on serving the city". On the basis of consolidating and improving the production of pollution-free vegetables in Diaoyutai, it should focus on the dining tables of urban residents, and vigorously develop ecological agriculture, tourism agriculture and animal husbandry. There are 300 greenhouses, more than 1200 greenhouses and 1300 mu of cultivated land in the township. The area of forest, fruit and flowers is maintained at more than 1000 mu. Last year alone, there were two pig farms with 1000 heads and three dairy farms with more than 50 heads. From January 2002 to December 2002, the output value of animal husbandry reached 28 million yuan. the science and technology demonstration and promotion network of the township is sound, with only 6 private research institutes. The jack researched by Tianli Machinery Research Institute has won two national patents, and its products are exported to 12 provinces and cities in China. There are 136 new agricultural technologies, such as greenhouse off-season vegetable production technology, greenhouse planting Shoutao technology, cucumber grafting and so on. There are more than 300 new varieties planted in greenhouse. In 1993, the township was named "popularization of science and technology demonstration village" by the provincial government. there are cultural stations and cable TV transmitting stations in the township, and cable TV has achieved networking with the urban area, with a household rate of 90%; there are libraries and electronic classrooms in the villages, with a television penetration rate of 100% and a telephone household rate of more than 95%. with the development of economy and the continuous expansion of urban framework, many farmers in the township have abandoned agriculture to engage in business, production and living conditions have been continuously improved, and the quality of life has been significantly improved. At present, all 10 administrative villages in the township have reached the standard of well-off, and four villages have reached the standard of "well-off village". In 1995, the township reached the standard of well-off village, and was named as well-off Township by the municipal Party committee and municipal government.
