Xinzhuang Town

Xinzhuang Town is located in the south of Feixian County, Shandong Province, which is the hinterland of Yimeng old district. It was originally called nanxinzhuang township. It was changed into Xinzhuang Township in June 1995, and was withdrawn from township in May 1996.

Xinzhuang Town is located at the junction of Fei County, Lanshan, Lanling, Shanting and other four counties (districts). Yimeng and Lanji highways cross and run through the town. Xinzhuang has a unique position in the reform, opening up and development because of its superior location and transportation advantages, rich resources and good basic conditions.

Xinzhuang Town governs 81 administrative villages, with an area of 118.01 square kilometers and a population of 54201 (2017), which is one of the largest (most) towns in Feixian County in terms of area, population and administrative villages. In July 2006, the town newly planned administrative villages, and now governs 33 administrative natural villages.
