Located in the southeast of the county, across the Fenhe River and Huozhou Xinzhi Town, covering an area of 54.42 square kilometers. Xingxin highway and sengxin highway pass through, while Nantongpu railway and Dayun highway pass by. It has 17 village committees, including Tuanbai, shangtuanbai, renmazhuang, Dangjiazhuang, tanli, lijiapo, goupu, Yangfan, fannanzhuang, getatiao, fuwazhuang, chaiwazhuang, Buhou, Houyi, Goudi, zaoping and teahouse. Wheat and cotton are mainly planted in agriculture, and chemical fertilizer is mainly used in industry.
