Qianjin township is located in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Its agriculture is mainly wheat, rice, cotton, rape and soybean.

Qianjin township is located in the northeast of Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou city. It is adjacent to 520000 Mu reclamation area in the East, Yipeng reclamation area in the north, Xiaoshan second farm in the South and xinwan town in the West. It is 36 kilometers away from Xiaoshan City in the southwest, belonging to the jiangtu reclamation area in the 1970s. Therefore, the land is close to the Qiantang River and can be further reclaimed, so it is named Qianjin. In 1976, it began to build the commune. In 1978, it formally established Qianjin commune. In 1984, it changed its name to Qianjin Township, which is still in use today. Qianjin Township adopted the form of farmers' fund-raising and Township People's government's investment in joint construction to build a reclamation market town. Nearly 300 meters long commercial street was built and put into use, with a total construction area of 4650 square meters. In the same year, it invested 1 million yuan to move Qianjin farmers' market, covering an area of 1390 square meters, with a construction area of 1800 square meters and 103 stalls. Qianjin dyeing and finishing Co., Ltd., the first private enterprise with assets exceeding 10 million yuan, was put into operation. The total investment of the enterprise is 27 million yuan, covering an area of 35 mu, with an output value of more than 15 million yuan. Qianfeng, Shanhai and Haifeng are three administrative villages in Qianjin township of Zhejiang Agricultural Comprehensive Development Demonstration Park, with a total area of more than 4000 mu. The demonstration park has invested 850000 yuan in supporting the construction of roads, ditches, machine ports and other agricultural facilities. The agriculture of the township is still mainly wheat, rice, cotton, rape and soybean; the economic crops are pepper, Japanese Cucumis, radish and cowpea. The 500 mu export foreign exchange earning agricultural base is planted with Cucumis melo, eggplant and radish. There are 136 large contractors with the contracted planting area of more than 50 mu in the township, and the agricultural output value is 27.38 million yuan, which is the highest record in history.
