Xi'an town, formerly known as Xi'an village name, is located in the west of the city. There are Korean, Hui, Mongolian and Hezhe ethnic minorities.

Xi'an town is under the jurisdiction of Fujin City, Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, China. It is located in the west of the city, on the South Bank of Songhua River, bordering Huachuan County in the West and Suibin County across the river in the north. The town government is 23 kilometers away from the city. the name of Xi'an town comes from the original name of Xi'an village. After the fall of Northeast China, the Japanese and puppet rulers named Xi'an Tun in 1937 and established Xi'an village in 1939. After the victory of the Anti Japanese war in 1945, Xi'an district was set up in November 1946 and changed to the Fourth District in 1949. In April 1956, Xi'an township was set up. In September 1958, the five-star people's commune was established. It was incorporated into the farm in June 1960 and rebuilt in April 1962. It was changed to Xi'an Township in 1984. In July 1991, it was changed into Xi'an town. the whole territory of Xi'an town is close to the Songhua River. The terrain is high in the middle and low in the north and south. The total area of the town is 178.5 square kilometers, with a cultivated area of 209000 mu, mainly for grain crops. There are 23 villages in the town, including Wanfa, Chengxin, songdian, De'an, Zhenyong, Wanbao, Xi'an, Zhengan, Xinrong, Fumin, Yongsheng, Dongli, Defu, Hongdian, Linhe, xiyuelu, Yanjiang, Zhenxi, fishery, Xianfeng, Linjiang, heyuelu and Jiangnan. At the end of 1992, the total population of the town was 14000, including Korean, Hui, Mongolian, Hezhe, etc. The town government is located in the town.
