Wenquan street, belonging to Arshan City, Xing'an League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the Midwest of Arshan City, bordering Tianchi town in the East, South and West, and Xincheng street in the north. It is the seat of the people's Government of Arshan city. Wenquan Street covers an area of 42.2 square kilometers, with a total population of 9347 by the end of 2011.

In August 1998, Wenquan street was set up. In June 2020, Wenquan Street governs two communities.
