Xingfu township is located in the southwest of Yunxian County, with bangguliangzi in the East, ant pile Township and Zhangtuo Township in Lincang County, Mengyong Township in Gengma County in the south, Yongde County and Fengqing County in the west, toudaoshui Township in the north, 35.5km from north to South and 24.2km from east to west. With a total area of 662.3 square kilometers, it is the largest town among the 14 townships in the county. The town government is 1030 meters above sea level, 50 kilometers away from the county road, and 38 kilometers in a straight line. The annual average temperature is 18 ℃ ~ 20 ℃, and the annual rainfall is 1100 ~ 1200 mm.

It has 18 village committees: Shaoshan, bangdiao, Xingfu, Zhanglong, Haidong, mange, Banghong, Kangkang, Mengdi, Bangxin, Honggang, Bangbie, mibashan, Huiyao, Pan Village, Ganpo, laolushan and manzha. It has 194 villager groups and 178 natural villages. There are more than 20 Ethnic Minorities in the town, accounting for 56.28% of the total population. The main ethnic groups are Yi, Dai and Lahu. xingfu township is a multi-ethnic Township inhabited by Yi and Lahu people. It is the place where limi people of Yi branch in Yunxian County live for generations. Yi people live in the mountain area of 2000 meters above sea level. They have their own unique language and customs of weaving and weaving. Limi people have many national festivals: Torch Festival, new tasting Festival, earth offering Festival and so on. Among them, flower stepping Festival and bath party are the most interesting and poetic. "Stepping on flowers" means to find friends. They didn't go home until dark. Bath pool meeting is an annual Shower Party of limi people.
