HeJiazhuang township is located in the eastern hilly area of Yaodu District, 25 kilometers away from the urban area, covering an area of 64.31 square kilometers. It is adjacent to Dayang town in the north, Xiangfen County in the south, Fushan County in the East, Xiandi town and Jiade Township in the West.

There are 14 administrative villages, 32 natural villages and 1958 households in the township, with a total population of 5100 (2017) and a cultivated area of 25000 mu. In 2002, there were 4417 employees in the township, including 1981 female laborers, 3319 agricultural employees and 213 industrial employees.
