Xiangxian Street

Xiangxian Street office is located in the southeast corner of the city, north to Gulou East Street, South to South Airport, West to Pingyang South Street, east to mengjiazhuang, covering an area of 8 square kilometers. After the institutional reform in May 2002, the office has 10 staff members. There are 11902 permanent residents, 53598 people. There are 91 units, 63 residential areas and 192 alleys. The office consists of Xiangxian, shuimen, Gongyuan and Yingchun communities and 28 resident groups. There are 7 grassroots party branches and 258 party members.

Urban renewal

(old city reconstruction project) introduced 120 million yuan from Xingang real estate development (Shanxi) Co., Ltd. to carry out the second phase old city reconstruction of Dongguan district. It covers an area of 75 mu, with a newly built area of 100000 square meters. 26 buildings have been completed, and supporting projects are under construction. Yingchun South Street extension reconstruction project is invested 200 million yuan by Linfen huashenglong real estate development company. The road of the project is 1500 meters long and 32 meters wide, and 13 units are demolished, involving 380 households. The demolished area is 90000 square meters, the total construction area is 160000 square meters, the plot ratio is 0.74, and the green space rate is 28.2%. More than 30 buildings are planned to be built and are now being demolished.

Community construction
