Lantian street is under the jurisdiction of Meilan District, Haikou City, Hainan Province.

Lantian street of Meilan District was set up in Haikou City Division Adjustment in July 2001. It starts from Meiwan road and Renmin West Road in the East, adjacent to the provincial Party committee and the provincial people's Congress in the province. It is bounded by Guoxing Avenue in the South and connected with Qiongshan district. It faces the Provincial Museum and library. It reaches Longkun South Road in the west, Nansha road in the north and Haifu Yiheng road in the sea. It sits on the old airport of Haikou and has the provincial government, the Provincial Forestry Bureau and the Provincial Meteorological Bureau A group of provincial-level organs and institutions, belonging to the "village in the city" area, have jurisdiction over four communities, namely taguang, Xiayang, Longqi and Wanhua, with an area of about 5 square kilometers and a permanent population of about 30000. The working committee and office of Lantian Street are located at 199 Longqi village, Haifu Road, with an office building of more than 2000 square meters on the sixth floor. There are the Ministry of people's armed forces, judicial office, party and government office, urban management office, family planning office, comprehensive social security management office, economic office, civil affairs office, employment office, finance office and administrative service hall.
