Jinshan Town
Jinshan Town is subordinate to Shangli County, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, bordering Liuyang and Liling in Hunan Province. It has 21 village committees, including Fengting, Longquan, Baihe, Nanhua, Shanming, Shankou, Zhonghe, Fenglong, Jinshan, Zhangfang, Shijian, Fengming, Jiancun, Gaoshan, Hengshui, Shantian, Litang, Xiaoshui, Puhua, qiaotang and Xinyang, and 406 villager groups, with a population of 69513 (2017), covering a total area of 97.14 square kilometers.

In 2003, the total industrial and agricultural output value of the town was 641 million yuan, the total financial revenue was 17.422 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers reached 2763 yuan. Jinshan Town has actively adjusted its planting and breeding structure and gradually moved towards characteristic agriculture. It has established four flower and seedling bases, namely Jinshan mustard base, Fengting base, qiaotang base, Zhonghe base and Gaoshan base, and Baihe and Shijian goat bases. Adhering to the development idea of "strengthening the town by industry", vigorously attracting investment, the industry has developed rapidly, and has formed an industrial system of fireworks, coal, building materials, food, machinery, paper and so on. The private economy is developing rapidly. There are 7 private enterprises with an annual output value of more than 5 million yuan, 13 enterprises with an annual output value of more than 3 million yuan, and 28 Enterprises with an annual output value of more than 1 million yuan. The total output value and tax revenue of individual private enterprises account for 91% and 86% of the total industrial output value and tax revenue of the town respectively.
