Huangtu town

Huangtu town is located in the east of Chengdu City and the north of Longquanyi District, 8.2km away from the center of Chengdu City. It is a key area of "East, middle and excellent" in Chengdu City and a characteristic small town to be built in the next step. It is the main part of the northern area of Chengdu Economic and Technological Development Zone and the core area of Sino French ecological park. The town covers an area of 37.46 square kilometers (including 20500 mu of arable land), with 6 villages (Yongfeng Village, Changwu village, Hong'an village, Hongfu village, Sancun village and Datong Village) and 2 communities (Renhe community and Baotan community), 123 Village (neighborhood) groups and 11914 people (2017).

In recent years, with the development direction of "future automobile, future city, future life and future countryside", Huangtu town has seized the strategic opportunities of Chengdu's "Eastward Development, medium quality development" and Chengdu Economic Development Zone's northward expansion. It has strived to build an "important automobile town and North Wing NEW City" by focusing on the construction of the fourth plant of Shenlong Automobile, a key project of Sichuan Province, and the demonstration base of Chengdu intelligent networked automobile, which is cooperated by China and Germany. It has successively won the titles of national "ecological town", Sichuan "civilized town", Chengdu "garden town", Chengdu "advanced anti drug unit", Chengdu "two star" Ping'an Town, etc. In 2017, the GDP reached 4.61 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 380% compared with 2016 (the same below); the total retail sales of social consumer goods reached 728 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.2%; the investment in fixed assets reached 4.11 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9%.

In December 2019, Chengdu Municipal People's government decided to abolish Huangtu town.

brief introduction

Huangtu town is composed of Huangtu town and Yihe town in 2004. The former Huangtu town is named after the Huangtu Longgang area in the east of Longquan Mountain range. The former Yihe town was named after the Boxer Movement in the late Qing Dynasty. Historically, it has always been a necessary stopover for Luodai town and Xihe town to Shibantan. The construction history can be traced back to 1888. It is an important part of Dongshan Hakka dialect area in Sichuan Province, where Hakkas have lived for more than 300 years. Huang Yin, the first mayor of Chengdu, Liao Guanyin, the leader of the Boxer Rebellion, Zeng Ayi and other historical celebrities all came from this.

Traffic geography

The first exit of Chengdu of Shanghai Chengdu Expressway (Chengnan Expressway) is close to huangtuchang town. Checheng Avenue (Tianfu new area freight outer winding line), chemical Avenue (Economic Development Zone North Second Line), Qingnan Road, Xinluo Road, Xiling Avenue, Jincheng North Road and other urban trunk roads pass through the border. It is an important port in the east of Chengdu.

The town has one town level Party Working Committee, six village level party committees, and 30 party branches (26 Village (community) Party branches, one organ Party branch, one organ retired Party branch, and two "two new" party branches). Chengdu plant of Shenlong Automobile Co., Ltd

It is located in Changwu village and Datong village of Huangtu Town, with a total investment of 12.3 billion yuan, a total area of 4710 Mu and a design capacity of 360000 vehicles / year. In 2018, mass production of 120000 vehicles / year will be realized, and Dongfeng Peugeot 4008, 5008, Tianyi c5airs and other models will be produced here. Dongfeng Faurecia automotive interior Co., Ltd. Chengdu Branch, Dongfeng Hongtai Chengdu automotive parts integration branch, Chengdu Dongfeng Johnson automotive seat Co., Ltd. and other 7 parts supporting enterprises have settled in production.

Happy and beautiful new village

Located in groups 17 and 25 of Yongfeng Village, Huangtu Town, as the first batch of pilot projects of happy and beautiful new village in Longquanyi District, 156 households and 407 people voluntarily applied to participate in the project, and about 66.3 mu of collective construction land was arranged. The first phase of 25 buildings and 124 sets of houses were successfully completed on November 16, 2017, and the housing distribution was realized. Now it is actively cooperating with the District Planning Bureau and the land and Resources Bureau to promote the design adjustment of the remaining 62 sets of houses, and speed up the project construction. It is expected to be fully completed by June 2019, so as to achieve the goal of "prosperous industry, livable ecology, civilized rural style, effective governance, and affluent life", and show the "visible mountains, It is a beautiful picture of the new countryside.

Ecological migration in Hongan Village

The project belongs to the pilot project of linking the increase and decrease of urban and rural construction land for post disaster reconstruction. It was approved by Sichuan Provincial Department of land and resources in June 2009, and was implemented by Guokai Sichuan (Longquanyi) urban and Rural Development Investment Co., Ltd. Started in May 2011, it guided 1824 households and 5566 people (including new people) to voluntarily participate in the ecological migration project of Hong'an village, with the participation rate of 98.73%. It paid nearly 200 million yuan in compensation fees, transition fees and other compensation funds, covering 4780 non residents and 4020 insured people. The project is located in the third phase of Binxi Oasis (kaixinjiayuan) of Xihe Town, with an area of 350000 square meters, with a housing distribution rate and occupancy rate of 900000 square meters 9%, which has been fully completed in November 2014, passed various acceptance tests, delivered the housing distribution, and relocated 1823 households and 5564 people (including Shengli home and jinbiyuan) on May 3, 2018 to become new citizens. We have completed the construction of public services and supporting facilities such as the elderly activity center, Youth Activity Center, child care center, entrepreneurship and employment center, carried out the work of creating employment services and training new citizens, completely changed the people's production and life style, and comprehensively realized the goal of living and developing in the city.
