Located in the north of the county, 13 kilometers away from the county. It covers an area of 127.5 square kilometers and has a permanent population of 6154 (2017). 209 National Road, Yang (Fangkou) Xing (county) highway and Ke (LAN) Bao (DE) highway, Ke (LAN) Tai (yuan), Ke (LAN) DA (Tong) railway transit. It has jurisdiction over 19 village committees, including gaojiahui, caocheng, Dianping, wulishui, getuo, Houhui, liyuanping, Lijiaping, maputa, shangchuanping, Shangcun, Tianwa, tuanlonggou, Xihui, ximachui, xinyijing, yanggetuo, yangquanhui and yinjiazhuang.
