Xinzhaixiang
Xinzhai township is located in Toudaochuan, northwest of Wuqi County, 30 kilometers away from the county. It connects tiebian town in the west, wucangbao Township and Luoyuan Township in the East, xin'anbian township of Dingbian County in the north, and Miaogou township of benxian County in the south. It is 19.5 kilometers long from north to South and 19.5 kilometers wide from east to west, covering a total area of 298.2 square kilometers. The total population is 1586 households with 7878 people, including 1276 non-agricultural people, with a population density of 24 people / km2. It has jurisdiction over 12 villager committees, 86 villager groups and 218 natural villages.
General situation
Xinzhai township is located in the northwest of Wuqi County, the lower reaches of Toudaochuan, which is a typical loess hilly and gully area, 30 kilometers away from the county seat. The township has 21000 mu of arable land, including 5000 mu of basic farmland, 0.6 mu per capita, 180000 mu of woodland and 51000 mu of grassland. The territory is rich in oil reserves and needs to be developed.
Xinzhai community takes the construction of forest and grass as the main direction, takes the increase of farmers' income and agricultural efficiency as the goal, takes the path of "three types" agriculture, and gradually realizes the coordinated development of economy, society and environment of the whole township.
In 2013, Wuqi county Party committee and government decided to merge Xinzhai Township into tiebian town and set up Xinzhai community.
History
When the county was established in 1942, it was the residence of the four district governments. After 1955, the district office moved to tiebian City, which was under the jurisdiction of Baocheng city and countryside. In September 1961, Xinzhai people's commune was established after Xinzhai, and it was renamed Xinzhai Township in 1984.
Xinzhai township is located in the gully area, with long and narrow undulating beam surface and dense river network. The terrain is high in the north and low in the south, leaning towards Luohe River. The highest mountain range is 1755 meters above sea level, the lowest River Valley is 1315 meters above sea level, and the township government station is 1355.93 meters above sea level. The climate is different from north to south, and the water and heat conditions are poor. The precipitation is only 367.8 mm.
The township has 33944 mu of arable land, including 3242 mu of chuantai, which produces millet, buckwheat, sesame, yellow mustard and potato. The township has 3056 large livestock and 10347 sheep. It is one of the animal husbandry bases in Wuqi County. There are 26 township enterprises including comprehensive repair department and chicken factory (including 2 township enterprises, 1 village enterprise, 21 Household Enterprises and 2 joint household enterprises), with 78 Employees.
The township is located in Daochuan, ditou, with convenient transportation. There are Wu (QI) Wang (Wazi) highway passing through, and a simple highway leading to Miaogou. The transportation in the northern region is still very difficult, mainly relying on livestock.

Wangwazi township: wangwazi township is located in Toudaochuan, northwest of Wuqi County, 65 kilometers away from the county seat. Dingbian county is connected to the East, West and North, and tiebian town to the south. The total population is 990 households, 4732 people, 78 non-agricultural people, and the population density is 15 people / square kilometer.
In 1950, it was five townships in Xinzhai district. In September 1961, Wang Wazi people's commune was established after Wang Wazi. In 1984, it was changed into Wang Wazi Township, with jurisdiction over 10 villagers' committees, 70 villagers' groups and 186 natural villages.
Wangwazi township is located in the northwest of Wuqi, with big mountains, deep gullies and dense gullies. It has been a place of constant contention among soldiers in the past dynasties. Guanhua Fort (today's lijintai city), Tonghua Fort (today's Pipa city) and Jizui Fort (today's youchengzi) are all important defensive sites of Dingbian army in Song Dynasty.
