On November 10, 2011, Jiangsu provincial government approved to delimit the west part of the Fourth Ring Road connecting line of Hudong neighborhood committee, Sufeng, Dongyu and Kuncheng administrative villages in Yushan Town, Changshu City, as well as Xiaokang administrative village and Wuqiu administrative village in Guli Town, and merge to set up southeast street. The administrative area of Dongnan street is 27.98 square kilometers, with a population of 14900. It manages Hudong neighborhood committee and four administrative villages of Sufeng, Dongyu, Kuncheng and Xiaokang. The office is located at 88 Dongnan Avenue, Changshu City.
