Donglei township is located in the west of Wutai County, in the north of the county. It is bounded by Ru village in the East, yangbai Township in the west, Taicheng in the South and Daixian in the north. It belongs to gounan basin and is the birthplace of Sisi River, one of the four major rivers in Wutai County. The total area is 230000 mu, including 34000 mu of cultivated land.
