Chang'an township is located in the southeast of Binxian County, adjacent to Shengli and Ningyuan in the East, Qingyang and Guangen in the south, Sanbao in the West and Bin'an in the north. Township government resident zhangjiashaoguotun, 44 kilometers away from the county. In 1935, laoyingkou village was set up in laoyingkou village. In 1940, it was changed to Chang'an village and was stationed in Zhangjia to cook pots. It was renamed Chang'an District in 1946 and abolished in 1948. The 12th district (Chang'an District) was established in 1950. It was changed to Chang'an Township in 1956, Chang'an people's commune in September 1958 and Chang'an Township in March 1984. There are 12 villages and 66 natural villages in the township, with a total area of 117.6 square kilometers. There are 5470 households and 25800 people in the township. The Han nationality accounts for 98%, and the rest are Manchu and Zhuang. The terrain of Chang'an township is long from north to south, narrow from east to west, high in the South and low in the north, with two hills and three rivers, surrounded by mountains. It is a semi hilly and semi plain area. The qiban River and Hengdao river flow through the north and south to the Songhua River. The ancient city of Chang'an is the site of the ancient city of Jin Dynasty. Square, rammed earth version of the building, perimeter of nearly 1000 meters, East, West, north three walls well preserved. It is a cultural relic protection unit in Heilongjiang Province. From 1947 to 1948, Zou Jiahua was Secretary of the District Working Committee. Lu Jingbin, Secretary of the working committee of Chang'an District, participated in the land work conference held by the CPC Central Committee in Xibaipo village, Pingshan County, Hebei Province, where he introduced the experience of land reform in Chang'an District.
