Dongji town

Dongji Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Kenli District, Dongying City, Shandong Province, is the residence of modern service area in the western suburb of Dongying. It is located in the southwest of Kenli district and the hinterland of the Yellow River Delta. It is adjacent to Xindian street of Dongying District in the East, Haojia town in the south, Longju town of Dongying District in the southwest, Lijin street of Lijin County across the Yellow River in the West and Shengtuo town in the north, with a total area of 67.68 square kilometers.

In December 1955, Dongji district was set up; in May 2010, Dongji town was changed. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in Tung Ji town was 23366. As of June 2020, Dongji town has jurisdiction over one community, 33 administrative villages and one village level unit.

In 2011, the financial revenue of Dongji town was 37.5 million yuan, an increase of 28.74% over the previous year. The per capita net income of farmers is 10047 yuan. In 2018, there were 41 industrial enterprises in Dongji Town, including 6 above scale and 28 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

History of construction

In December 1955, Dongji district was established.

In January 1958, Dongji district was abolished and two townships, Dongji and Ninghai, were set up; in September of the same year, Dongji township was changed into Dongji commune.

In June 1963, it was restored to Dongji district.

In June 1966, Dongji district was abolished and two communes, Dongji and Shengtuo, were established.

In July 1984, Dongji commune was transformed into Dongji township.

In May 2010, Dongji town was changed.

At the end of 2011, Dongji town had 33 administrative villages: Dongji, Qinjia, zhaoma, Xuejia, Liuwang, zuowang, Guanzhuang, Beifan, Xiaoguan, chegong, dayuhu, dongqiuhu, nanqiuhu, Liujia, Xiaojie, Dongfan, Nanfan, Songwang, Yangmiao, qianxu, houxu, Xihan, Xinli, luogai, qilijing, Donghan, Dawang, Xiaowang, Zhengjia, Qiujia, Cuijia, Shijia Home.

By June 2020, Dongji town has one community and 33 administrative villages: Shangde community, Xiaoguan village, Hujia village, Liujia village, chegong village, Dongji village, zhaoma village, Guanzhuang village, zuowang village, Qinjia village, BeiXue village, Liuwang village, Dahu village, Donghu village, Nanhu village, Qijing village, Donghan Village, Dawang village, Xiaowang Village, Shijia village, Zhengjia village, Qiujia village, Cuijia village, Beijing village Fan Village, Xiaojie village, Dongfan village, Nanfan village, Songwang village, Yangmiao village, houxu village, qianxu village, Xinli village, Xihan village, Luojia village, and another village level unit: Dongji section of western suburb modern service area.
