Su Zheng, male, doctor, associate researcher. He was born in 1980 as a master's supervisor. At present, he is mainly engaged in the study of gas hydrate accumulation mechanism and exploitation potential evaluation, marine geology and geo fluid dynamics, deep geothermal resources and enhanced geothermal system (EGS). At present, he has presided over 4 research projects, including National Natural Science Foundation of China and Guangdong Natural Science Foundation, and participated in 5 projects, including hydrate 973 project and Guangdong National Natural Science Foundation joint project. In recent 5 years, more than 20 papers have been published.

Study and work experience

1999.9-2003.7, China University of Petroleum (East China), bachelor's degree in petroleum geology, 2003.9-2008.6, Guangzhou Institute of geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, major in geochemistry, master's degree and doctoral degree, mainly engaged in the study and research of marine gas hydrate. 2008.9-now associate researcher (since 2010.1.1), senior research assistant, Guangzhou Institute of energy, Chinese Academy of Sciences, natural gas hydrate research center, natural gas hydrate accumulation mechanism research laboratory, mainly engaged in marine geological fluid dynamics, natural gas hydrate formation and development, enhanced geothermal research. 2007.8-2008.8 Department of atmospheric and Earth Sciences, Cornell University, United States, CO trained doctoral students, mainly engaged in the research of geological fluids and gas hydrate accumulation. 2009.8-2009.10 Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Department of hydrogeology, visiting scholar, mainly engaged in cooperative research on Evaluation of natural gas hydrate development potential in Shenhu area of South China Sea.
