Gaolou Township, Qingcheng County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province is located at the south end of Qingcheng County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, 13 kilometers away from the county in the north, bordering Banqiao township of Heshui County in the East and baimapu Township in the West.
