During the period of the Republic of China, Xihuan Street belonged to Renqiu County; in March 1986, it was changed from Changyangdian township to Xihuan street. History of construction

During the period of the Republic of China, Xihuan street was a district of Renqiu county.

In February 1953, Changyangdian township was built.

In October 1960, Changyangdian township was changed into Changyangdian commune.

In February 1983, it was changed to Changyangdian township.

In March 1986, it was abolished as the mayor of Xiqiu township.
