Xinxing town

Xinxing Town, belonging to Dawa District of Panjin City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northwest of Dawa District, adjacent to Xinglongtai District of Panjin City in the East, Qingshui town and zhaoquanhe town in the south, and Panjin reform through labor corps and lujiaxiang across the river in the west, with an administrative area of 66.24 square kilometers.

In 1953, Xinxing farm was established, belonging to Panshan County; in 1984, Xinxing township was established; in 1995, Xinxing township was transformed into a town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in new towns was 20989. As of June 2020, the government of Xinxing town will be in charge of 88 Xinxing town.

In 2018, there were 40 industrial enterprises in Xinxing Town, including 3 above scale and 88 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

History of construction

In 1953, Xinxing farm was established in Panshan county.

In 1957, it belonged to Panjin Agricultural Reclamation Bureau.

In 1958, Xinxing farm and Tian family merged into Tian family farm.

In 1959, it was withdrawn from Tianjia and merged into Qingshui farm, and its operation area was changed into management area.

In 1961, it withdrew from Qingshui and set up an independent farm, belonging to Panjin Bureau of agricultural reclamation.

In 1968, the two teams of liangkeshu and Wangjia were assigned by Tian family and added to the two teams of Gangzi and Yuxin.

In 1970, it belonged to Dawa district.

In 1984, Xinxing township was established.

In 1995, Xinxing township was transformed into a town.

By the end of 2011, Xinxing town had jurisdiction over 9 administrative villages: Wangjia, liangkeshu, Yuanyuan, Tuozi village, hongcaogou, Yuxin, yaogangzi, laigangyu and yugangzi, with 21 villager groups.

As of June 2020, Xinxing town has jurisdiction over nine administrative villages: Yuanyuan village, tuozili village, laigangzi village, yaogangzi village, liangkeshu village, Yuxin village, Wangjia village, hongcaogou village and yugangzi village. The town people's government is located at No. 88 Jinxing street.

Xinxing town has a temperate continental monsoon climate, which is characterized by sufficient light, four distinct seasons, abundant rainfall and long frost free period. In spring, there is more southwest wind, and the temperature rises quickly; in summer, the temperature is high, but there is no extreme heat; in autumn, it is sunny, the temperature drops obviously, the rainfall drops sharply, and the north wind gradually increases; in winter, it is cold, and there is more northwest wind. The annual average temperature is 8.3 ℃, the average temperature in January is - 10.2 ℃, and the extreme minimum temperature is - 27.3 ℃; the average temperature in July is 24.6 ℃, and the extreme maximum temperature is 35 ℃. The annual average frost free period is 175 days. The annual average precipitation is 645 mm, and the rainfall is mainly concentrated from July to August.
