Gangcheng Street

Gangcheng street, belonging to Shuangluan District, Chengde City, Hebei Province, is located in the west of Shuangluan district. It is adjacent to shuangtashan town across the river in the East and northeast, Luanhe town in the southeast and Xidi Township in the south. The maximum distance between East and West is 6.8 km, and the maximum distance between North and south is 2.5 km, with a total area of 17 square kilometers. The land area is 15.5 square kilometers, accounting for 91.18%; the water area is 1.5 square kilometers, accounting for 8.82%; in 2011, the total population is 34700.

In 1962, it was managed by Luanhe commune and Chenggang family Committee. In 1971, Chenggang and Luanhe streets were built on the basis of the non-agricultural population residence in Chenggang district. In 1984, it merged Chenggang and Luanhe streets and Luanhe commune into Luanhe town. In August 2009, Gangcheng street was established. As of June 2020, Gangcheng street has 7 communities under its jurisdiction.
